The Cellar
Beside Francesco, on this always-growing path, there is his brother and Sommelier Luca, who takes care of the restaurant’s hospitality and cellar.
Bracali Restaurant Cellar is rich and full of personality, matured thanks to important choices, enhancing labels and small wineries.
Thanks to Luca experience as a worldwide wine seller, from 650/700 in 1997, today the cellar owns 18000 labels, more than 20000 wine bottles, with an annual turnover of 5000 bottles, selected according to strict criteria.
