“Cum Quibus” was born as a traditional restaurant, but in 2015 its owner Lorenzo Di Paolantonio decided to reach high levels.
Alberto Sparacino, from the Arnolfo school, came to the kitchen. From that moment everything changed, in the restaurant but also throughout the city.
The Chef, imposing himself with a fancy and modern cuisine won in 2017 the most ambitious recognition: the Michelin star.
Classic cooking bases and haute cusine sauces intersect with current techniques, international products and expertly contaminated dishes.
Today it’s a must for all fine dining lovers, thanks to its cuisine that exudes Mediterranean, France and Japanese personality.
The cellar, to which Lorenzo di Paolantonio takes care, is made up of numerous local labels ... and beyond.
