Requirements:

CHEF DE PARTIE – 2 POSITIONS | URGENT HIRING

Castello di Velona Resort Thermal SPA & Winery is looking for two Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade with immediate effect.

We are seeking professionals capable of managing their own section independently while maintaining the highest standards of organisation and quality, working closely with the Executive Chef, Head Chef and the rest of the brigade.

Key responsibilities:

Managing all preparation and service within the assigned section;
Organising the workstation before, during and after service;
Monitoring product quality and proper food storage;
Supervising the Commis Chefs assigned to the section;
Ensuring presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the role;
Previous experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants preferred;
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently;
Speed, precision and attention to detail;
Professional attitude and availability to start immediately.

Compensation: €1,800–€2,100 per month, depending on experience and level of employment.

The selected candidates will support the Chef de Rang and Maître d’Hôtel in delivering an attentive, elegant and professional dining experience.

Main responsibilities:

Preparing and setting up the restaurant;
Ensuring an impeccable mise en place;
Assisting during food and beverage service;
Clearing and resetting tables;
Working closely with the restaurant, kitchen and bar teams;
Following the Resort’s operational standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience, even if limited, in hotels or restaurants;

Main responsibilities:

Supporting wine presentation and service;
Preparing and maintaining the service cellar;
Caring for glassware and wine equipment;
Monitoring stock and ensuring proper bottle storage;

Requirements:

Wine education or previous experience in the sector;

Monitoring stock levels and product storage;
